Teen Pregnancy Programs


Teen Pregnancy Program:

Teen Pregnancy is comprised of the Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP).  It provides comprehensive case management for any pregnant and parenting teen up to age 19 years of age.

 

Program Focus: 

Empower pregnant and parenting adolescents and their families to identify, pursue and achieve personal goals through collaboration with community resources in order to promote health, education, economic opportunity and self-sufficiency.

 

Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP) Program Activities:

AFLP is a no cost program where case managers provide assessment, guidance, support, and referrals to needed resources and services. Pregnant/parenting teens receive help in identifying, pursuing and achieving personal goals. They also receive help to become independent, and nurturing parents, delay future pregnancies and acquire job skills.
