Clinical Services

Clinical Services:

Clinical services are comprised of two programs, Physical and Health Screening Clinic and Immunization Clinic.

Program Focus:

Promote optimal health by providing physicals and health screenings, and by immunizing the public against vaccine-preventable diseases.

Physical and Health Screening Clinic Activities:

Provide health screenings for child-care workers, foster parents, adoption parents, ARC, ROP, ICOE, and other local agencies, DMV exams for non-public carriers, employment physicals, Sports Physicals, and food-handler certificates. Tuberculosis skin testing is done for federal, state and county agencies. Sexually Transmitted Diseases testing, referral and follow-up services are provided. Blood pressure checks are done free of charge on a walk-in basis.

Immunization Clinic Activities:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday on a walk-in basis for childhood and adult immunizations and TB skin testing. Adult immunizations, and travel shots require a prescription from your health care provider. A prescription may be obtained from our public health providers for an additional fee.
