MEDICAL ASSISTANT TRAININGS
The Imperial County Immunization Program provides medical assistant trainings throughout the year. These trainings are presented by Imperial County Public Health Nurses utilizing material provided by the Immunization Skills Institute (ISI). The instructors combine lecture, video, and mentored practice sessions, to increase their competency to deliver immunizations in a safe, effective, and caring manner.
