The Imperial County Public Health Department Vital Statistics Office maintains records of birth and death events that occur within the County of Imperial. Our office issues certified copies of birth and death records that have occurred during the current and previous one year.
To obtain birth or death certificates for a prior time period, please contact the

Please note that State Law requires all request by mail include a notarized sworn statement of identity. Please make check or money order payable to Imperial County Public Health Department.
