Senior Health ServicesProgram Focus:
To provide assistance to older residents throughout the county in identifying and understanding their health needs with support from the Area Agency on Aging (AAA).
Senior Health Clinics offer preventive health, and referral to medical service providers.
Program Activities:
Health services consist of activities that enable older persons to improve or maintain physical health by helping them to identify and understand their health needs and secure necessary health services. This is accomplished through health screenings and health assessments at 38 sites throughout the Imperial County.
