The Imperial County Public Health Department provides vaccinations for children and adults of all ages.  Children with Medi-Cal insurance need to bring their Medi-Cal card with them to the appointment. Each person receiving immunizations must have an appointment at the time of service. For those with Private insurance or without medical insurance, please view Vaccine Fee Schedule

What to Expect at your Immunization Visit: 

• Less wait time if you make an appointment 
• If receiving routine school vaccines, a transcription of vaccine record may be required and can take up to 25-40 minutes per child.
• Walk-Ins may take over an hour for completion of form, transcription of record and administration of vaccines.
• Please complete the “Patient Demographic Form” and bring it to your next immunization visit to save time.
