Department Essential Services

Our focus has and always will be the well-being of our clients. We understand that the rapidly evolving coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation poses unique challenges for everyone.

Please note, effective Monday, April 4, 2022, the Imperial County Public Health Department will resume certain in-person essential services for the public by appointment only, in addition to providing services over the phone. Below is a list of essential services that will be provided.  Please contact the listed phone number of the specific program directly for information and/or appointments. Department hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The department is closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

The following Public Health Department essential services are available by appointment only:
