In accordance with  Assembly Bill 685 (AB 685)Cal/OSHA, and California Department of Public Health, Imperial County employers are required to notify the Imperial County Public Health Department of all confirmed or suspected COVID-19 related outbreaks within their workplace.

Outbreak Definition: Three or more COVID-19 cases among employees within a 14-day period. Once this threshold is met, employers have 48 hours to report to their Local Health Department.
