The Imperial County Public Health Department is pleased to present its 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. Through this Plan, we reaffirm our commitment to deepen and expand community partnerships, improve operational efficiencies, and expand our organizational capacity to address emergent public health threats and better meet the needs of our community.

Aligned with the County’s Strategic Plan, the 2024-2027 Plan outlines how we will drive strategic change in Imperial County while continuing our mission to promote, protect, and support the health of people, the environment, and our communities. More specifically, the 2024-2027 Plan paints a picture of where the Public Health Department is headed, what it hopes to achieve, how it will accomplish the work, and how progress will be monitored over time.
