For birth certificates of individuals aged 2 years and older or for records prior to 2005, please contact the Imperial County Clerk/Recorder's Office at (442) 265-1077.
Please note that State Law requires all request by mail include a notarized sworn statement of identity. Please make check or money order payable to Imperial County Public Health Department.
