Some products have been recalled because they contain lead, which can make kids very sick. We made a list of these items to help keep your family safe. The recalled products may include toys, jewelry, and other household items. Please check your home. If you find any of these, stop using them right away. Keeping your home safe from lead is very important.

Target Good & Gather Pea, Zucchini, Kale, and Thyme Baby Food
Recall of Target's Good & Gather Pea, Zucchini, Kale & Thyme Vegetable Puree baby food because it can be contaminated with lead and in violation of the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.
Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. This product was distributed in Target stores and recalled by Fruselva USA on March 12, 2025. The recall applies only to lot numbers 4169 and 4167 with best by dates of December 7 and December 9. The product is in 4oz packages labeled 6+ months. This product is being recalled because it contains levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban.
These products were distributed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and California from 12/20/2024 through 01/07/2025. They were recalled on 03/10/2025. If you have this product:
- Immediately take the recalled product away from children, stop using it and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
- Test children for lead exposure if children used or played with this product.

Yaomiao Children's Jewelry Sets
These products are being recalled because they were found to contain levels of lead and cadmium in violation of the Federal Hazardous Substances Act. Lead and cadmium are toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. These products were sold exclusively on Amazon.com (January 2022 - March 2024). Immediately stop using the jewelry sets and take them away from children. Contact LordRoads at simlordroadple@163.com for information about receiving a full refund which includes sending a picture of the disposed product. LordRoads and Amazon are contacting all known purchasers directly. Test children for lead exposure if children came into contact with this product.

The FDA Announces the Recall of a Product Due to Possible Lead Contamination
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that New York Wholesale Group has recalled Zaarah Herbals Shatavari powder from the market due to potential high levels of lead.
Product Details:
- Name: Zaarah Herbals Shatavari Powder
- Packaging: Transparent bottle, 100 g (3.5 oz) with a gold lid
- UPC Number: 63502899940
- Affected Lot: SR 04
- Manufacture Date: July 2022
- Distribution: Sold in stores in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut between October 21, 2022, and April 15, 2024.

If you purchased this powder, stop using it immediately. You can return it to the store where you bought it for a full refund.

Super Dried Cinnamon Powder
Voluntary recall of dried cinnamon powder from IHA Beverage. This product is being recalled because it contains elevated levels of lead and prolonged exposure to these products may be unsafe. The recalled product is packaged in a 4oz plastic bag, and labeled as Super Dried Cinnamon Powder 4oz with UPC#610232012476. Specifically, products showing Vitamin A & C on the nutrition facts label. These packets of dried cinnamon were sold at retail stores in California and a few stores across the US. More information about this recall is available on the FDA website.

Red Toolbox Recalls Stanley-Branded Jr. Kids Garden Sets
Recall notice on 459,200 Stanley Jr. Kids Wheelbarrow and 7-piece Garden Sets intended for children to use for playing and learning. This product is being recalled because the long hoe and rake in the garden set contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead paint ban. The long hoe and rake have yellow-painted handles with “Stanley Jr.” painted in black.
The product was sold exclusively at Costco stores and costco.com from February 2024 through June 2024 for about $35. The wheelbarrow has a white label on the bottom that states “Red Toolbox” with the manufacturing date of 12/2023. Newmemo Children's Ring Sets
Recall notice on 2,200 Newmemo Children’s 36 Ring Sets intended for children to use for playing. This product is being recalled because it was found to contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban and levels of cadmium that are prohibited in children’s products by the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.
The product was sold exclusively on Amazon.com from January 2022 through March 2024 for about $12. “Newmemo” and “Amazon FNSKU X0034COQMP” are written on a white label attached to the underside of the case.
